vera_central was created to provide Vera Bradley fanatics with a fun, organized, and most importantly, DRAMA FREE place to talk about the line of popular handbags and accessories. We are an active community filled with kind and friendly Vera Bradley fans! If you're looking for friends who share your love of Vera Bradley products, you've found the perfect community.
Although we do have our fair share of "For Sale or Trade" posts at VC, our primary focus is making Vera Bradley collecting FUN! We hold gift exchanges, swap items, participate in polls and create friendships. There is always something going on at

vera_central is OPEN! We are always looking for new additions to our Vera Central family. In order to make sure this community is an enjoyable place for our members, membership will be moderated. Members will NOT need to be voted on in order to join. The moderator of this community,

project_chelsey will make the choice to add them or deny them. If you have been denied to any other Livejournal or Vera Bradley community, that doesn't mean you've been denied here. You may be private messaged prior to you being added to the memberlist to give you the chance to introduce yourself to the moderator(s) and weed out any trolls or drama-causing users. The moderator(s) will not automatically deny you as a member, unless you have a history as a scammer or drama-causing user.
First and foremost, we want this community to be a place where you are comfortable, and a place where you can make friends. This community will remain drama free at all times. If you cause drama, you will be taken out of the community. There is no tolerance for drama in any form (posts, comments, emails, offline activity involving other members, etc.) You may think it's silly, but believe me; it has all happened in the past!
Scammers are not welcomed at Vera Central. Any person who scams a VC user in a transaction, Gift Exchange or Swap will be banned from the community and reported to LJ's Abuse Team and scammer list.
