Clay pot.
My mom gave me a clay pot (made in Italy by Piral) for the holidays. I've never used a clay pot to make anything, but I'm insanely excited to do so. I'm wondering if anyone here knows if there are any changes in the time it takes to cook whatever when using a clay pot.

Also, any suggestions (preferably vegetarian) are very welcome! :)

Link to what the pot is? Is one of these, or more like a tagine? Unglazed, or glazed?

I would suggest vegetarian Boston beans, maybe soups. Something to cook long & slow,
