Popsynockles

I am in a crazy make popsicle mood.
I have been looking online for molds, and now I am looking for recipes.
Anyone have some creative, healthy popsicle recipes out there.
Thank you, love.

Coconut milk and green tea, coconut milk and almond milk and frozen berries.
YUM.
That sounds sooo tasty. :)
I have nothing to contribute except to say those look GOOD.
Make some smoothies and pour the smoothies into the molds.
my popsicles consist of buying tiny Juicy Juice boxes, throwing them in the freezer, then cutting the tops off and pushing them up.
amen.
Those look nummy. Flavor vanilla/raspberry?
Those look divine! Just this evening I was talking about making kombucha Popsicles! I'm in need of a good mold.
It may seem lame- but when I was a kid my mom and dad put oj, or what ever kind of juice in ice cube trays. it works!
Same here. :)

If we had popsicle sticks laying around and if I was compelled, I covered with tray with foil and stuck the sticks in.
I can not find molds in town... sucky! Did you just use shot glasses?
my god those look lovely.
Coconut WATER (not milk) with pineapple juice.

Coconut water with mango puree.

Coconut water with peach juice or puree.

Cranberry & blueberry juice, together or individually.

Natural lime juice with agave nectar.

Orange juice (the old standby that never fails to taste good).

Pineapple juice.

Pineapple/orange mixed.

Dole Pine-Orange Banana juice.

Purée watermelon chunks in a blender, strain, add diced fruit such as strawberries, pineapple or watermelon.

This one looks fun (but a tad pricey):

Goji Juice Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

3 Ounces package of Lieber's Unflavored Jel (Kosher vegan gelatin)

8 Ounces of goji juice

1 Packet of Kool-Aid (choose your favorite flavor)

1 Cup of Rapunzel Rapadura Organic Cane Sugar

2 Quarts of water

Instructions:

First, bring the water to a boil. Next, pour the water into a tall pitcher. Combine each of the above ingredients, and stir until fully dissolved. Pour into paper cups and place a tray of the cups in the freezer. Once the ingredients begin to thicken, add popsicle sticks and place the cups back in the freezer until they are fully frozen.

Here's another bunch of good ones:

Tofudgesicles
1/2 cup silken tofu
2/3 cup soymilk
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 very ripe bananas
2 Tbsp. carob or cocoa powder
maple syrup to taste, opt.

Place tofu, soymilk, and vanilla in a blender and mix until smooth. Add bananas, carob or cocoa powder, again blending until smooth. If desired, sweeten with syrup. Freeze and serve.

Orange-Vanilla Creamsicles
1 pkg. silken tofu
2/3 cup orange juice concentrate
1 sweet seedless orange, peeled and sectioned
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Freeze and serve.

Peach-Mandarin Orange Pops
1 to 1 1/2 cups soymilk
4 to 6 fresh, ripe peaches, peeled
2 sweet mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned with seeds removed or 1 small can of mandarin oranges, drained

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Freeze and serve.

Super C Frozen Pops
2 cups fresh organic strawberries
1 cup fortified orange juice

Place ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Freeze and serve.

Note: This recipe is best with very sweet strawberries. If they are too tart, try adding a little maple syrup to sweeten the recipe. We always buy organic strawberries, as the pesticides traditionally used on berries are particularly lethal, especially those grown outside the U.S. Methyl Bromide is outlawed inside the U.S. now last I heard, but I've read that it will be years before it is completely out of the soil in which many strawberries are grown. Choose organic!
