09:08 pm - Vegan Soft serve in Seattle! So Seattle now has a place that sells vegan soft serve ice cream! (or more accurately hemp cream). I was sooooo excited when I found out and we went today. And you get a mother huge bowl of it too! With lots of yummy toppings to choose from (we just got strawberries today, but will try more next time). It was delicious! ( This way for more of what I have been eating )

04:43 pm today i visited zen vegetarian restaurant in little saigon (garden grove, ca). i had the "bbq beef and shredded pork" with this yummy side sauce, which is very light and a little sweet.

I wanted to share with you a raw pie i made yesterday. Since i've cooked any vegan cake possible, i started trying on raw desserts recipes so i'm still a beginner but this one was so delicious. It's an avocado-lime pie with a mango icing and a crust made out of nuts =) ( Here's the recipe! )
