breakfast: oatmeal with cherry pb and raisins
lunch: a black bean burger on ww bun with sauteed spinach and spicy sweet potato fries
pre-workout snack: pita with hummus
'dinner' because my tummy wasn't feeling well: soy yogurt with a banana and strawberries

Breakfast - two blueberry-cranberry-nut muffins, peach juice

Snack - iced coffee w/ soy milk

Lunch - golden sesame tofu, brown rice, steamed green beans, a peach

Snacks - cashew cookie lara bar, four carob-spirulina bites

Dinner - steamed green beans and sugar snap peas, half of a stuffed zucchini (stuffed w/ spinach, zucchini, brown rice, bread crumbs & herbs), iced tea-lemonade

Snack - a lot of trader joe's "wheat thins"

is it sad I got paid today & the first thing I did was splurge on WCW peanut butter? haha...oh how ive missed thee.

friend's party- raw chocolate&raw carrot/cilantro/flax crackers  i made :)
lunch- sourdough bread, minestrone soup, salad w oil&vinegar @ mama mia's

I was at my friend's house all of Sunday and Monday so it was constant eating of junky food for 36 hours. AWESOME. Feel kinda sick now but still it was great.

Breakfast - green smoothie (vega smoothie infusion, soy milk, banana, blueberries, spinach)

Lunch - veggie wrap w/ cucumber, zucchini, romaine lettuce & dressing on a wheat wrap; piece of whole wheat toast w/ pb and dark choc. pb; choc. soy milk

Snack - pretzels w/ white choc. pb, iced pear white tea

Dinner (@ Life Alive in Lowell, MA) - veggie wrap w/ red-lentil hummus, cucumber, carrots, apple, & balsamic vinaigrette; smoothie w/ strawberries, blueberries, almond milk, soy milk, & spirulina

Snacks (@ Ani DiFranco outdoor concert!) - kettle corn, half of three different ABC cookies (Choc. Chip, Coconut Macaroon, & PB)

Breakfast - berry almond luna bar

Snack - pretzels w/ white choc. pb, a kiwi, peach iced tea

Lunch (@ Moe's Mexican) - veggie burrito w/ rice, pinto beans, guacamole, lettuce, pico de gallo

Dinner - pasta w/ faux meatballs & tomato-basil sauce

Snack - multigrain crackers w/ raspberry jam

d: veggie dog/bun, small salad w/goddess drsg, a few pieces of maple potatoes, popsicle
later: few pretzel sticks, corn chips w/hummus & ranch


gahh i feel like i eat so much/so often ! i think im just awake for too long in one day haha

 B: Weekday pancakes (http://veganyumyum.com/2008/02/easy-weekend-pancakes/) with fresh nectarines, plums and apricots, slathered with earth balance and almond butter!

S: Fruit salad from the above mentioned fruit.

L: Yves "ham" sandwich on country harvest flax bread with veganaise, mustard and tomatoes.

S: Banana

D: Sushi! From veganomicon, the spicy tempeh rolls, with cucumber and avocado. So good!!! 

S: A bunch of crackers with almond butter.

Missed yesterday. Urgh. Another day gluten free though!

Brekkie:
Puffed Millet with rice milk and agave
Coconut Mango Banana Smoothie

Lunch:
Sweet potatoes, broccoli and red & green peppers, collard greens from soul veg dc
Bananaberry smoothie

Dinner (at about 4pm)
Homemade refried bean papusas with cortido

Snack:
Puffed millet with a spoonful of almond butter (8 pm)
Hazelnuts (10 pm)
A couple of spoonfuls of coconut milk based gluten free cookie dough ice cream (1 am)

s: lemon soda, lemon lime and bitters. miiiight have put a bit of bacardi in there too.
d: felt ill so just a couple of steamed veggies - pumpkin, broccoli, sweet potato and a bit of stirfry

l: wrap: "chicken," greens, hot peppers & ranch. carrots
s: slice ww bread w/pb & jelly, strawberries
d: veggie dog/bun, cuke & olive w/ranch, maple-mustard potatoes & string beans.
dessert: tofutti ice cream bar w/strawberries
late night snack: baby carrots, rosemary kettle chips & ranch dip

made the ranch drsg/dip by mixing a packet of ranch dip mix with tofutti sour cream. i read the packet about a hundred times, the only thing sketchy is "calcium stearate" which is kind of a toss up, it can be animal-based or not. i got the idea when i made french onion dip the same way for a picnic last weekend :)

THURSDAY
breakfast: ww bagel with cherry pb & iced coffee with vanilla and soymilk
lunch: a cashew cookie larabar & a banana
snack: a miss may's blueberry bar & a beer
dinner: 2 pieces of pizza with tofu ricotta, tomato sauce, red onions & red peppers on ww crust and some bbq seitan and sauteed spinach
dessert: trader joe's chocolate cherry ice cream
