fanfic100. How cool would it be to have the inspiration and motivation to write 100 fics as part of a group challenge? Many of us enjoy the idea, but do not have enough invovlement to write about one fandom/character/couple as in fanfic100. And so, VarietyPack 100 was born - same concept, same prompts, but writers are not limited to writing in just one fandom.
So, you've found us, and are intrigued by us. Are you sure you know what you're doing? Read the rules.
The rules for this challenge are:
Each story written must be at least 100 words in length.
Each story must in any way relate to the topic or word listed in the Big Damn Table of Prompts. One prompt per story.
Stories can be written in any order, and there are no time constraints.
Stories are not limited to one fandom, your set can contain as many as you'd like.
Suggestion: All stories posted for this challenge must be written after challenge start date. It is possible to use previously written work, but it makes it a tad more challenging and interesting if everything is new.
Sound like fun? Great! Now, we'd like to keep this pretty informal. Anybody is welcome to participate on their own without joining the community. If you would like to join our community, here are a few things to keep in mind.
The rules of this community are:
Every story must be posted with a fandom and rating (G to NC-17 or other suitable rating system).
Every story posted must be cut, fake-cut, or linked.
The types of fics not allowed in this community are:
No real-person fic.
No incest fic.
No child/adult relationship fic.
In addition, please refrain from posting racist or otherwise hateful content. Because this is an individual challenge, you may still participate invarietypack100 if you intend to write stories pertaining to any of the above three restrictions. However, those fics may not be posted or directly linked from entries in this community. They should be posted in your own collection only. You are welcome and encouraged to include a link to your collection in your posts.

This community is just for people who wish to write 100 fics pertaining to the list of prompts for any number of fandoms. We are more informal and not nearly as cool as them.

Essentially, everything goes except for the restrictions listed above, though I can't promise we'll be able to comment much on fics in obscure fandoms. In addition, please refrain from posting racist or other hateful content.
6. What ratings are allowed in this challenge?
All stories, G through NC17, may be posted. Everything MUST be cut and rated!
7. Are crossovers allowed? Are AUs allowed?
Crossovers are fine. AUs to a certain extent are fine, such as pre/post-series fics. Try to stay familiar with the fandoms and not introduce too many OCs.
8. Can I use the VP100 LJ icons? Can I make you some new ones?
Yes and yes! Please email me with new icons, we are happy to have creative people on board.
