Welcome to the Vampire Chronicles icontest at Livejournal. This (as far as I know) is the first of its kind for The Vampire Chronicles. Everyone is welcome, from fledgling icon makers to the ancients. Experience does not matter - anyone who can crop and resize is welcome to enter. Also, you do not have to participate in order to vote. Anyone is welcome to vote, but if you have submitted an icon(s) please do not vote for yourself.
Rules
- All icons must fit LJ standards: 100x100, under 40kb, .jpg, .gif or .png
- Any effects are allowed unless otherwise stated in the challenge post.
- Entries will not be accepted after the deadline.
- Do not post your icon(s) anywhere else until voting for that particular challenge is over.
About the Challenges
- You must be a member of the community to submit an icon
- To submit, upload your icon to Photobucket (it is free and only takes a few minutes to create an account) and post a comment to the challenge entry in this format:
- Icon
- URL
(Note: All comments will be screened.)
Voting
- Voting will start as soon as I can get the post up after the challenge is closed.
- Voting will last for 48 hours after the date on the voting post and results/banners will be posted ASAP.
- You do not have to be a participant to vote, but you must be a member of the community.
- Do not vote for yourself.
