2. The Masked Man - {best V icon}
3. The Most Important Moment - {non-animated icon}
4. Dance with me - {animated icon}
5. Violet Carson - {best coloring}
6. Gunpowder - {best black&white icon}
7. Chaos - {best cropping}
8. You won't cry - {best textless icon}
9. 872 songs - {best use of text}
10. Coincidence - {best shippy/couple icon}
11. Both victim and villain - {best emotional(sad) icon}
12. Does it have a happy ending? - {best happy icon}
13. Beneath this mask - {actors\actresses not in their v4v roles}
14. Are you like a crazy person? - {best funny icon}
15. Special Category

Nominating:
1. Respect iconmakers - don't hotlink, upload all icons on your own server.
2. All icons MUST be related to V4V fandom and fit LJ standards (which I hope you know)
3. Try to nominate in each category, it helps us get enough noms in time.
4. For each icon you nominate of your own you have to nominate icon made by someone else. But don't nominate more than 3 icon by one iconmaker.
5. When posting your nominations put iconmakers username next to each icon. If you want to take an icon - ask iconmaker.
6. Don't nominate more than 20icons per week.
7. Check past winners list and don't nom icon which have already won.

Timeline and Voting:
The timeline is (eastern standard time):
Nominations: Sunday evening - Friday evening
Voting: Friday evening - Sunday Evening
Winners announced - Monday afternoon

When voting is posted - comment with numbers of your favourite icons in EACH category (comments will be screened). If you're nominated you can vote in each category except ones you're nominated in. So it's obvious: don't vote for youself, and remember: it's dangerous. ;)
