You're looking for a place with many talented makers. 3. You're looking for originals (that is, graphics or a style of graphic that only a certain maker can do). 4. You're looking for fantastic icons, banners, blinkies & more! a few simple rules (for before and after joining) 1. You ought to add the community to your friends list before requesting to join. 2. You must have credit for ALL of your graphics (including those made by yourself). 3. If you're known for using multiple accounts, ripping off other makers' work, not using the graphics you get done = your request to join will be declined. 4. You must follow the rules of each maker, unless you'd like to be added to their restricted list, or worse, banned. 5. NO DRAMA! If you're on someone's restricted list or you've been rejected, you can either cry and lose sleep or be smart and move on. 6. No contacting makers about graphics on their personal journals! It's extremely annoying, and not to mention rude. 7. DO NOT CROSS POST! DOING SO WILL RESULT IN BANNING! 8. Please note that all makers can decline requests (or even remove membership) from certain people without feeling guilty. Don't forget that they've got the right to have a restricted list. requesting 1. Only makers have the ability to post! 2. Full time makers make a weekly post where you can post your request in a comment. Please notice that they're closed after the week has passed. The maker will make a new post once the new week begins. 3. Part time makers will post whenever they decide to take requests. 4. For picture icons, please provide pictures that have a good quality, nobody likes to work with bad pics. 5. For picture icons, please post a link to the picture, not the full picture in a comment, it's annoying and they slow down and stretch everything. 6. You must comment in the pick up post once you've saved the graphic you requested. 7. You ought to save everything to your own server, no one likes people that hotlink. 8. Credits should be like the following: by [maker's username] @ utopicons.makers 1. All makers have their own rules. 2. Makers can propose a contest anytime they'd like & offer any kind of prize they'd like. 3. Makers get the chance to promote their personal graphic journal/community/website. 4.
