U R B A N I C O N C H A L L E N G E
welcome to urban icon challenge, an icon test began by ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) lovelyanarchy & dreamon_dreamer. to join simply click here. about every two weeks a new challenge will be given: whether it be with artists, celebrities, fashion or lyrics, this is all going to be related to urban life and/or hip hop culture.
R U L E S
1. you may use only the images we provide.
2. you may enter only your own work.
3. you may enter up to two icons each challenge, unless otherwise stated.
4. while entering your icon, you must submit both the IMG and URL.

5. all effects (textures, brushes, animation, etc) are allowed, just keep in mind the livejournal standards (40kb, 100x100).
6. do not use or show your icon(s) before the results are posted, or your work will be disqualified. (icon entries are screened for courtesy and privacy of the challenge).
7. when the voting is posted, don't vote for yourself or don't ask others to vote for you. if this occurs, you will be disqualified and/or banned. this is just to be fair to all participants.
8. stealing will not be tolerated. this means, do not take the maker's icon without asking their permission.
9. voting will take place after deadline, along with a new challenge & the declaring of winners.
10. award banners will be given to those who place. winners will be defined as the following: 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place & mod's choice. most times special categorys will be included.

entries are taken until -- thursdays, 12am PST (west coast time).
voting begins -- friday & ends saturday night.
