As you dry your clothes once again upon the radiator...
To explain the following: we had April weather today/yesterday. I don't really mind 'cause I'm an April-kid myself,... YET, it is a little daunting to see those C-Ronaldo-guys, as my colleagues call them ‘affectionately', complete with clothes and hair-do, walk in the rain and look _perfect_ while your own appearance comes rather close to that of a soaked rat.

I drew this on the train. No warnings, just a short innocent lame sort-of-comic-strip. Haven't done this for years.

Oh, and because I was in the mood, and if this isn’t fitting I don’t know what is, there’s also Manchester, a true love song, lol, by The Beautiful South. Terrific song, you’ll love it. Or at least you should ;)

What makes Britain great makes Manchester yet greater

Video (NikeFootball)
Blistering pace. No-look passing. Sledgehammer shooting. Imagine defending for ninety minutes against one of the best strikers on earth.
Now multiply that by three.
Welcome to the world of the defenders tasked with keeping Manchester United's striking trio of Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez at bay.
And if you thought a strikeforce made up of Portugese, Argentinian and British players would be hampered by communication problems, think again. The threesome's telepathic link up play produced well over seventy goals last season.
As Wayne Rooney explains, their different cultural backgrounds mean nothing on the pitch. When it comes to football, all three players speak exactly the same language.

Graphic: I close my eyes, and there you are...
This is the second manip-work from my "Dealing with impending doom and the probable tragic loss of my otp - which is to result in - yes, right - doom"-folder. Don't laugh, that's excatly what it's called ;)

Stats: Wayne/Cristiano; some hardly-there nudity; barely visible making-out, issues.
May still be not exactly worksafe though.

In case your computer graphic is set as mine and you can read them, the words on the manip are from two Goo Goo Dolls songs, Without You Here and There You Are. Get the cleverness of it? *wink wink* ... I only noticed it while writing it down, lol.

Was it all that easy to just put aside your feelings?

I hope you like it.

The book, though obviously ot a literary masterpiece, is an interesting read and you get quite a bit of insight into the world of Wayne Rooney. It seems an honest naration of his life on and off the pitch. What struck me most is that you can obviously tell how muhc he is in love with Coleen and, though he teases her quite a bit, he has only the best things to say about her.
He adresses a lot of issues, such as the journalists, the episode with the prostitute, his metastararsal and of course the World Cup and Ronny.

My Excerpts are what i found interesting or funny or just cute

There're 2 pictures under the cut. Ronney kissing someone and Edwin hugging someone too.
Could you tell me who are they, if you know? So romantic ♥

Daddy!Gaz
Gary Neville is set to become a father for the first time.
The soccer star's wife Emma, 26, revealed the secret as she told guests at a charity function: "I'm five and a half months gone and we can't wait for the baby."
It will bring a smile to the face of the Manchester United skipper, 32, who has been sidelined with an ankle injury since March 2007.
An Old Trafford source said: "He's not had much to cheer himself up about in recent times what with his long-term injury.
"But this will be the perfect tonic for him. He will be a great dad."
Former England defender Gary and Emma now face a race against time to have their hilltop mansion ready for the arrival of their child in winter.
The £12million, 12-bedroom mansion near Bolton, Lancs, should have been ready by June 2007 but has been hit by a series of building problems.

Miss "Double R"
This post is on [info]c_ronaldo_fans yet.

SMARTLY-dressed WAYNE ROONEY stands enthralled as he is collared by Man United teammate CRISTIANO RONALDO during the side’s Community Shield triumph yesterday.

The two crocked superstars were both sidelined for the, er, big tie – and could not resist larking around as United beat Portsmouth on penalties at Wembley.

At one point Portuguese ace Ronaldo, 23, picked at Rooney’s hair. Not such a smart move, perhaps – but his fellow ace, 22, did not seem to mind.
