Are you underweight? Do you want to be underweight? Please, join the clique! I am going to give you a challenge also. You can follow if you want. You don't have to follow to join the group but, I think you should.
Okay, here is the challege..
You eat 300 cals or under in one day. You get 2 points. You eat 500 cals or under in one day. You get 1 point. You eat over 500 cals in one day. You get 0 points.
You exercise for 30 minutes or more. You get 2 points. You exercise for 10 - 29 minutes. You get 1 point. You don't exercise or exercise less than 10 minutes. You get 0 points.
You post about how your day went. You get 2 points.
Someone notices your weight loss such as giving you a compliment or saying something negative which means they are just jealous in most cases. You get 2 points. (The number of people do not count. Giving youreself 4 points because 2 people complimented your weight loss in 1 day is not allowed.)
You take any kind of vitamin tablet. You get 1 point. You take a diet pill. You get 1 point. You take both. You get 2 points. (It doesn't matter how many pills you take.)
You can get up to 10 points a day! 6-10 points is passing. Failing for the day means you didn't do well. That can't be a good feeling so, hopefully this will keep you motivated!
This challenge goes on for 28 days. See how many points you can get and I wish you the best of luck!
