| About: | Due to recent activity of certain parties determining ‘questionable content’ of many blog communities and fan websites, we’d like to reiterate our stance on underage users trying to access to restricted material.
No one under the age of 13 can gain access to www.simplyundeniable.com. This includes site content and forums. NO one under the age of 18 is granted access to the restricted section of SU.
Further to that, the steps we take to assuring that non-underage user cannot gain access to our site’s content is thorough. We have a staff that researches various online communities to come as close to guaranteeing that our members are of age. When/if some underage user manages to slip past our restrictions, their access is removed and cannot be regained.
SU has a no tolerance stance on underage users for their on protection as well as the protection of the site owners and maintainers.
