AboutThis community is for all UK alternative models and photograhers to post and show off their work. It's also for those who have modelled or photographed work in the UK.
Its to show off UK talent and what we have to offer!

THE ELEVEN COMMANDMENTS (the formal rules for this community ;) -
1 - NO pornography..of any kind...how ever 'light'.
2 - ALL nude or topless pics are to be put behind an LJ cut for work safety.
3 - You may post one picture in your post and then any more images are to be put behind an LJ cut
4 - Please do not make first image TOO big, give a thought to dial up users!
5 - NO FLAMING - if you flame or create drama, the post will be deleted and you will be warned once. If you continue to flame, then you will be banned and your info passed onto LJ admin. I DO NOT TOLERATE FLAMING. Constructive criticism is welcome but malicious insults are not, this includes everybody. If you have posted a picture and you are receiving insults get in touch with the mod.
6 - Webcam pics are tolerated once, if you are new and wish to promote yourself as a possible model...otherwise they are not welcome as they are too grainy and not of good enough quality and do not show the model in a good light.
7 - Your welcome to advertise other communities and websites as long as they are within the alternative modelling scene. Otherwise SPAM will be deleted.
8 - Photographs must be of some sort of alternative nature, ie fetish, bdsm, gothic (vampire/traditional etc) cyber, burlesque, pinup, dark, sci fi and fantasy styles,...you get the idea. NO Jordanesque, Page3, mundane wannabees please.
9 - Photographs only, no sketches or artwork. digitally manipulated photos are allowed.
10 - No real fur to be used in ANY photograph, (unless the animal is still attached to its own skin!). It is disgusting, simple as that. My community my rules.
11 - If any of these rules are broken more than once by a poster they will be warned and if ignored then banned.

ok here are some good sites to add yourself to and hopefully advance your career or just get you some more work, the vast majority of them are free to join for models though 1 or 2 of them the photographer may be asked to pay! *not being a photographer i couldn't tell you for sure* there's also a few extra agencys that are free to join if you'd ever be interested in doing film/TV/Music video extra work etc...
