Board games [25 Sep 2005|09:19am] melbournite If you're just hanging out bored this Sunday so far, you might want to come check out the board gaming that's going on from 1pm to 7pm in Gallery B in the second floor of the Price Center (map can be found here). Now I'm not talking Monopoly and Life kind of board gaming - these are tile-adding, card-playing, strategy-building kinds of games where some actual planning may in fact be involved. If you like games like Settlers of Catan, Carcassonne, A Game of Thrones, or Shadows over Camelot (all games we've played at one time or another recently) you might just like our kind of board gaming. This happens to be United Airlines Flight 93. We also stenciled a turrent with Columbia2. INCOMING FRESHMAN [23 May 2005|06:50pm] brownbuttworm [ mood | giddy ] [ music | Britney Spears - What a hoebag ] HI EVERYONE! I'm an incoming freshman to Revelle and I'm SO EXCITED! I can't wait to go to UCSD I LOVED it when I visited. I like how there's trees and bushes! So I don't know what to do, should I bring a mini fridge, what about a car, and a computer? What about other things, like a BBQ Grille, toilet paper i'm really confused. I hate making these decisions. It's so hard. Also, I only got 5's on my AP's so will those count, i'm not sure, you know?? I want to know what you all love about UCSD. I'm so nervous, but i'm SO EXCITED! What was it like for you guys?
