Photo Topic of the Week: The Campanile
Isn't photography fun? (Of course it is, Andy!) So I thought it would be fun if we did a little Berkeley LiveJournal photography together.

My thought is that I'll post a new topic every Monday. Then we can all take pictures during the course of the week and each of us who wants to can post a couple photos as comments to this thread. People can also leave comments saying which pictures they like (and which they don't).

Then for the next Monday, I'll post two or three of the pictures that we like the most up on the main page along with that week's new topic. [If there is a better way to do this, someone please let me know. My fear is that the comment thread will take a really long time to load because of all the pictures in it, but hopefully we can post smaller versions of the photos we take along with a link to see a larger version.]

For this week's photo topic: Campanile pictures. Be as creative as you want. And check back on this thread during the week to see the pictures that other people have posted. I'll start things off in the comments.

You should borrow a camera (or a cameraphone) from a friend.

Or you could o with a friend, you can both go take some pictures, and then you can post them here.

And thanks for your support. I hope people post their pictures.

This one isn't exclusively of the Campanile, but I'll post anyway.

Oh yeah, mind if I add you to my list of contacts on Flickr?

What a great idea! I should try to dig out some of my old shots, except after all the ones posted here, mine will look like a drawing by a 3-year old done with his left foot.
