Whenever I look at the Big C on the hill, it reminds me of two things:
1. A go-to place for a great view of the Bay
2. The grade that litters my academic life here at Cal.

I'm hoping the second part will change in the coming semesters.

i skipped class a ton this semester because of panic attacks and i still haven't worked up the courage to find a therapist. also, i'm deathly afraid of vomiting (me or anyone else).

I had the same problem last semester, and I was too afraid to tell anybody. I finally worked up the courage to go the Tang Center and get help. Everything was anonymous, and I got much better. It's hard going through what you're going through, but things can get better if you get the help.
