Telebears sucks.
Updated from earlier:

So, I emailed the office of the registrar about the problem (if you haven´t heard, you were probably dropped from all your wait-listed courses) and I got a very nice automated response email with absolutly no useful information whatsoever. I´m abroad, I can´t call without spending a ton of money so can anyone who can actually go ask the registrars office what´s going on let the rest of us know?

This is beside the point, but if you have a skype account, it makes calling Berkeley much cheaper. That is, unless, you're studying abroad in Europe.

Oh I'm well aware of that, but where I call from, it's like 2.1 cents a minute, so I can afford for them to keep me on hold forever.

My personal favorite is, "This is a reminder that you are on hold. Please hold on."

And then don't mess up your timezones!

And if you use one of the cheaper services, then you can only make out every other syllable at times... "Excuse me, I'm calling international via voip, can you repeat that *again*?"

Or, "I've been on hold --- to get to you, can I have a direct callback number?"
"No."

Phones are the suck.

I called the Registrar's Office - All they said was go on and re-sign up during open hours.
