We are the partner community to Love is Blindness, the U2 slash archive.
Members may post their fics here (taking into account the wonder and beauty that is the LJ cut tag, of course), review fics, discuss Our Heroes, be informed of archive updates, and pretty much anything else they can think of so long as it pertains to U2 and/or funboylove.
One: .txt files. Send your stories to lib.webmaster [at] gmail [dot] com as plain text (.txt) files. It's just easier that way. Fics posted on

u2slash will NOT be automatically submitted to the archive. You MUST send your fics to the e-mail above to be considered. Also, please designate italics and underlining etc. with *asterisks* and _underscores_.Two: ratings. Please rate your stories according to the MPAA's rating system.
Three: headers. Please include a header in your stories. Headers include title, author, rating, archive, and disclaimer (i.e. "This is a story of fiction; not a bit of this is real blahblahblah").
Four: archiving permission. The archive line must read "yes to LIB" or something like that. Just don't tell us "yes, but e-mail me first."
Five: works in progress. Works in progress will be designated by (WIP) after the title. It's the author's choice whether she would like her WIP archived or not.
Six: e-mail. Please designate an e-mail address to be linked for feedback, or tell us if you'd rather not have your e-mail posted due to privacy.
One: When posting a fic in the community, please include a header. This means give us at least a title, an author, a rating, a pairing (where possible) and a disclaimer.
Two: If your fic is rated R or NC-17, you must lock it. (This is easy to do, when you're in posting mode just click on 'friends' in the security box on the bottom and make sure you're posting in the
u2slash community and it'll work.) This means that only members of the community will be able to see your post. I'm afraid we need to be kind of strict on this point so please please please pay close attention to this.Three: When posting non-fic, headers and such, of course, are not necessary. (We'd hope you'd be able to figure that out, but you never know these days.) We are not uptight about what gets posted in this community so long as it pertains to the slash aspect of the band. Pics, interview clips, haikus, poems, minor spazzing fits, whatever. Have fun. Just make sure it's slashy and use an LJ-cut when things get a bit too wordy or too picture-y and all will be well.

They do not mean them any harm by writing these works of fiction. They make no money from these stories. Also, this is an archive of slash fan fiction.
