Hey everyone!! Well I was just wondering if anyone could rec any stories that are similar to winterhill's "Brrt!" where torchwood finds a cute fluffy alien that attaches himself to Ianto and he and Jack kind of play house with it for a while??? I really liked this story, it was really well written and I liked the plot line a lot, so if anyone knows any stories simliar to this or even kind of close I would appriciate it!!

Are there any fics out there showing the quiet way Ianto loved Jack? The way he always tried to be there but almost always went unnoticed? The way Jack almost always acted as if he wasn’t there in season one, or the way Jack said something harsh to him like he did in seasons two and three? But please, with a happy ending, okay? Something where Jack realizes that he loves the Welshman.

| Ianto and the Queen of England |

The fic I am thinking of is a multi parter that has not been completed. It has Ianto as a equerry (i think) and Jack works for Torchwood Three (with Tosh, I know she was in it). The Queen of England asks Jack up to the palace so she can tell him about all the disapperances happening around the royal family. Jack likes Ianto and tries to seduce him, but Ianto has a girlfriend, Lisa. Ianto is supposed to go to a musical with Lisa but ends up making out with jack in the back of a cab. Lisa sees and gets really angry but then runs away because she works for Torchwood One!!!
If anybody has any idea of what I'm talkig about please please please link the story. It has been killing me. I really liked it. Also if any one has a favorite AU where either Jack or Ianto aren't in Torchwood, please post!

There have been so many stories these past few days, that of course, I have lost track of one. The only bit I remember is that Jack fantasised about having kids and a family with Ianto, and that the kids knew his secret about his immortality and didn't hate him for it.
It's really bugging me, so I hope someone can help.

Hello!
I'm wondering if anyone remembers a story where Ianto is sent out to investigate an incident, and becomes 'infected' when this creature up in the tree sort of melts and ends up in Ianto. He ends up viewing everything in a very detached way, especially when he and Jack are having sex. No one really notices Ianto being any different.
Sorry for the vagueness - it was a great read, and I just can't remember what it's called and who it's by!

Yes, you read the subject line correctly: I'm looking for a lovely bit of crack!fic in which Ianto adopts a Dalek while Jack is away with the Doctor. I'm still trying to imagine a Dalek with a Welsh accent. I'd like to reread the story but I don't recall the title or the author, and as you may imagine, googling "Dalek with Welsh accent" wasn't particularly helpful.

Hey all, I've been trying to find it and it's been driving me crazy.
It's the one where Jack has erased the team's memories in order to save them because some alien was scanning earth to see if anyone had the knowleadge of Torchwood or something. So the fic starts off with the team as a normal office, but their copy machine keeps jamming so in comes the repair man who is very very hot and Ianto's attracted to him. The team keeps telling him to go for it so he does and ends up shagging the repair man. Ianto loves it but the repair man keeps saying stuff like 'please remember me' and stuff. Ianto even starts jamming the copy machine himself so that the repair man has to come over to fix it. Turns out in the end the repair man is Jack and the copy machine is the thing which can restore the team's memory but Jack's having troubles getting it to work.
Ring any bells for anyone?

| two fics - pre-series two |

okay so i remember this story being brilliant...
it starts while jack is gone and is written pre-series two. It has Owen and Gwen (i think!) bashing and a scene where Ianto and Tosh talk graphically about their ex-lovers and this ends up with some... well intimacy. I think it takes place in Jack's office. there is also - i believe - an OC who is fairly sinister...
Anyway Jack comes back and things kick off from there. Jack decides that Owen shouldn't be told he is back yet and has some fun with Ianto while he hides beneath a desk... ummm... I remember it really vividly but can't say anymore! Multi-chapter...
Also a story that may be called Seren... Jack is gone and Ianto is pregnant but the baby sort of nearly killed him and Jack comes back and is greated by a little girl who calls him 'daddy'. I think it ended with Ianto being cured by Jack's immortality and going off with the Doctor and Jack and Seren.

With all the... commotion going about Torchwood, I feel the need to read some good (Jack/Ianto) fics. Now, the problem is I don't even know where to start looking for, the community for them is huge. So, could someone please recommend me a fic or two? Anything good? (Before, I only looked through fanfiction.net and most stories I found weren't really that good. I don't like to call myself picky, and I've found truly wonderful fics on that website before but... eh, the Torchwood department is lacking some.) The only thing I'd like the story to have is a happy ending. I'm a sucker for these, and to be large-ish, if possible.

Im looking for 3 fics
1) Ianto has lost his memories (retcon?) and works in a library (I think) Jack goes to see him and pretends to be a stranger, I think he's trying to trigger Iantos memory back. He stays at Iantos house, they eventually have sex and Jack has to leave at the end, (thinks there isnt a trigger?). Ianto has his memories returned.
2) There were these little alien machines that are like cleaners, Ianto figures out what they are, how they work (even though Jack already knew, he was using it as some sort of test for Ianto) I think Ianto gives one to Gwen in the end because shes pregnant?
3) Its an AU with Jack as the boss and Ianto as the coffee boy. Tosh works in design. Jack keeps pestering Ianto about a date and finally Ianto says yes but you find out something about Lisa having been an addict and there are people after Ianto now?

I need help locating a fic.
All I remember is that a version of Ianto, who Jack never forgave about Lisa, uses some alien device to 'get away for a while' and ends up in an alternate universe. There was another team-mate in Ianto's place (who was acting suspiciously, reminding Ianto of his actions with Lisa) because this world's version of Ianto died at Canary Wharf.
Its a Jack/Ianto fic and if I remember correctly there is another version of Ianto in the epilogue who saw Jack kiss Gwen and he does a similar thing with the device.
Does this ring bells for anyone?

Hello! Looking for a couple of fics here :D
What I remember:
-It was Janto
-It was about Jack and Ianto's Wedding and Honeymoon
-I think there were two main fics and one litte one
-It started with a one off fic where Ianto had a friend around, they got drunk and wrote a list of things you should and shouldn't do or somthing like that.
-Jack came in after they had fallen asleep and read the list. He added an extra point on the end which said somthing like: What do you do when your boss asks you to marry them? and Ianto responded with: Always say yes.
-The other two fics were called somthing like: Wedding from Hell and Honeymoon In Heaven

| Two Ianto-in-the-future fics |

I'm looking for these two:
1. Ianto somehow becomes pregnant. Jack extracts the fetus and puts it in some sort of stasis pod, and brings it out of stasis to raise it hundreds (thousands?) of years in the future. The Doctor takes Ianto forward in time so he can meet the kid--he spends about a year there. Jack calls the kid Indiana.
2. Ianto finds a sort of seed pod thingy in the archives (or somewhere). The Doctor takes him thousands (millions) of years into the future to deliver it to the Face of Boe (whose egg/pod/thing it is). Boe has forgotten most of his life as Jack, but Ianto stays for a while and tells him all about it. The Face of Boe is the center of a sort of religion, and his priests wear gray suits.
I don't remember who wrote either of them, but they were both very good.

-> The team or the Doctor finding out about Janto or talking about it
-> A good plot without too much angst

A remember a fanfic where Tosh and Oen are on a train after they died, they woke up there if i remember, they were eventually joined by Ianto and Gwen and finally Jack. The train stopped when they were all there. Does this sound familiar to anyone? It was a really good one. :-)
