WELCOME--TWENTY1DAYS
So last week I decided I didn’t like my body, which is not really unusual. I mean, most of us probably feel this way every once in a while, right?
Well instead of lamenting, I decided to do something about it.
I once read it takes 21 days to develop a good habit. I want my good habit to be daily exercise. And I figured there were other folks out there who might be interested in doing the same thing. Hence,
twenty1days was born.
HOW THIS WILL WORK
Challenge #1: twenty1days to a rockin’ body
This first challenge will run 21 consecutive days during which you (as a participant) will deliberately exercise on a daily basis. The type of exercise you do is up to you; mods, girlieerin and hannibehr will do lots of yoga. Our twenty1days fitness guru, Sportsstar will mix it up with cycling, combat classes, running and anything else that suits her fancy.
This is not a weight loss challenge. This is simply an experiment in developing good habits. However, for results you can see, the suggested duration of exercise is 45 – 60 minutes 6 days/week and 15 – 30 once/week.
Challenge Details
Start Date: Monday, August 21st
End Date: Sunday, September 10th
Type of Exercise: Your choice
Suggested Duration of Exercise: 45 – 60 minutes 6 days/ week
15 – 30 1 day/ week
