AboutSo it has happened again; you went to that party with all of the yummy cakes and pies, and the next morning you wake up a few pounds heavier than you were before. "Shit!" you think to yourself. "Now I'm going to have to lose all of that weight!" And while it does suck having to cut back on sugar and exercise more, in the end it will all be okay, because the Twatlighters you all know and love will be right there next to you, helping you kick some major fat cell ass. Seriously. You are not alone. Maybe it is your goal to only lose five pounds. Or fifty pounds. Or just enough to fit in to those cute pair of jeans shoved in the back of your closet that you wore in high school. That's up to you. Either way, healthy weight loss tips, recipes, and support lies in this awesome community.

twat_fighters support group for people who want to lose weight, eat healthier, and become more physically fit while having fun with your fellow Twats and Twilight friends.
We are a moderated membership; which means you better have come from Twatlight or been referred from someone there.
All pictures and facts posted here are to be respected; we do not tear each other down, we do not run around or desert you.
We began this community with the ideal in mind that we can aid each other in our goals; so let's not harm each other and defeat the purpose of the community.
However, we're twats, so we'll always make fun of something. Let's just avoid harming each other.
We will have weekly check-ins just to see how you're doing. Even if you didn't do shit one week, we still want you to check in. You do not have to do pictures or weighting in unless you like to. It is encouraged that you do so you can go back and compare as you go along but if you would rather do that on your own, that is fully acceptable.
We will have bi-weekly work out music playlists and we'll take suggestions via page-a-mod continuously.
As far as goals go; we as a community do not have a huge goal. It's on a singular level; what you wish to do goal-wise is your own business, we're just here to make sure you achieve that via support, suggestions, and pure twat-itude.
Everyone is encouraged to post as much as they like, but we ask that you try to remain on topic. For example, Twatlight is the place to talk about what Rob said in his last drunken interview, Twat_fighters is the place to post how fierce KStew looked on her last red carpet, and how she encourages you to keep healthy. If you wish to post unsolicited medical or fitness advice, your post should made with the proper warnings and disclaimers. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. While this community is made up of fellow twats who wish to encourage each other, none of the members are professional health care providers.
Recipes, work out regimens and photos will be under lj cuts, please. Please tag them appropriately. Do not be afraid of posting things fellow twats SHOULDN'T do, as well. ie: Don't drink the night before you go work out; I vomited rainbows.
If necessary to help motivate you, we can have posts of people willing to poke or badger you into working out or helping you along the way. If this will encourage you to succeed, we can have a buddy system created.
We'll update the rules list as needed; more information about weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly events will be forthcoming.
