This is a community for People who love tv and movies and making icons! This is both a place to share your tv & movie icons with the community and also a contest community, so here are the rules and such. I will post a new challenge every week and ya'll will post your icons to be judged!

1. Text/animation/blending is allowed unless specified otherwise

2. Can use any special program to edit the pictures... (duh!)

3. Can only submit one icon per challenge unless stated otherwise

4. You must be a member of the community to submit icons. You don't have to be a member to vote, but it's a little thing, and it'd mean a lot *grins*

5. NO VOTING FOR YOURSELF. it's just not really fair :)

6. Flaming, snarking and being rude to other artists or the mods is grounds for removal. We're all here to have fun, not create more LJ drama in the world.

7. Oh yah: HAVE FUN!

Challenges go up on Monday-Wed
Icons due: Tuesday night at 11:59pm CST
Voting goes up: Wed-Thursday
Winners will be announced on Monday-Friday of the next week
We do banners. They are not on a set schedule.
