AboutThis is a community the encourages and supports its members to reach their own personal goals for a better looking and healthier self!!
It started out as a tummy challenge...THE CRUNCH CHALLENGE open to the body_obsession community...and may have blossomed into something more.
Can't you already see the sexier stomach???
So this started out just as a 2 week challenge, but it has continued to be a life challenge...I guess you could say.
The goal:
To encourage eachother and meet a goal, Thus feeling better about yourself and body...which will transfer to everything around you . Its about remembering that others want you to suceed...and THAT YOU CAN SUCCEED.
The rules:
You set a goal - doesn't necesarily have to be about situps and tummy. Just some kind of fitness - related goal that you want to be held accountable for. And you post it to the community. Everyday, or as often as you can you check in and let us know how the progress is coming.
If you mess up and miss a day. Dont worry...just get back on the horse!!
Since this is about ENCOURAGEMENT...we ask that everyday when you put your efforts up in a post, you also reply to at least one other member and give them a little boost. It feels good, believe me, to know others are ROOTING FOR YOU!!!
Also, it has kind of been a helpful hint to post your REWARD...what are you going to give yourself for meeting your goal...other than the PRIDE and HAPPINESS that you ROCK!
So there you have it...come join the fun. And remember it is not about who does more, or who is more fit...or any of that junk! It is about meeting YOUR GOAL and then doing one more crunch, or one more minute running... We can do it together.
We have done it.
And we are glad to have you.

Summer Challenge is over - all those who wish to start monthly challenges will be encouraged to post their monthly goals, rewards, and plans. These challenges run from the first of every mont to the last day of the month. What you should post:
Your name, nickname , whatever you wish to be called.
Your current stats for whatever you are trying to change.
Your desired goal.
Your plan.
Your reward when you accomplish your goal.
