thriftstoreuk. Essentially, it is for leaving feedback about transactions: what you have sent, what you have received, and what you are waiting for, be it payment or the items themselves. As well as for leaving information about the progress of your transactions,
tsuk_feedback is also for leaving feedback points for members. Since October 2004, TSUK has had a recommendation/feedback system by which members can leave positive, negative or neutral feedback about each of their transactions, to be recorded in database of members found on ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small}
tsukfb_2007. Please leave feedback as set out in the examples below, or it will not be counted! Feedback collection is a time consuming process and by leaving it in the right way you make our jobs a lot easier, thank you!

You do not need to use the livejournal coding if you don't want to - a list of unlinked names is just as good as a list of linked names - as long as it is all left CLEARLY!

Users gain positive feedback when...
...the transaction is smooth and successful, and everyone is happy. One feedback point is gained.
Users gain neutral feedback when...
...the transaction was alright, but there may have been a problem and the user is not completely satisfied, yet not dissatisfied enough to leave a negative feedback. No feedback points are gained or lost, but a comment is put next to the users feedback score in black type, with the reason(s) for the neutral feedback. Neutral points count towards negatives, so if you wish to leave neutral feedback for someone, please contact the mods at the address below. Three neutral feedbacks = one negative feedback.
Users gain negative feedback when...
...the transaction was very problematic and someone was left extremely dissatisfied. When leaving negative feedbacks, the reason must be explained in detail and there must be evidence (e-mails, PayPal receipts and so on) presented to the moderators to back up the claims. One feedback point is taken away from the user, and a comment is put next to the users feedback score in red type, with the reason(s) for the negative feedback. Negative feedbacks are permanent. When a member has two negative feedback points, they are permanently banned from the community.
