Here is the correct way to take Trim Spa since the bottle neglects to give any instruction:
Suggested Use:
As a minimum dosage, take one tablet 20 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner with an 8 oz glass of water. For maximum effect, and/or maximum weight loss results, take two tablets 20 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner with an 8 oz glass of water. Please do not exceed our maximum recommended dose of 6 tablets per day.
