| About: | This is a community for travellers of all kind. No matter if passionate longtime globetrotters or curious beginners, hitchhikers, bikers, interrailers... welcome! It's mainly about helping each other to be able to spend unforgettable trips, to get to know the world and foreign people, their customs, their food, their parties... no matter what budget you're on. Here you can share experiences, info, pictures and insider tips (where one can get free food or a shower, where there's a lovely park for the night...) about your place or a place you already know, which other travellers might need. you can ask for someone to accomodate you for a night or two, to take you around the town or just to hang out with you while on the road/rail...and offers are even more welcome! (for these also see www.hospitalityclub.org) look for someone to accompany you on your trip. (for germans see also www.interrailers.net) suggest books and films on the matter. there won't be much of a moderation, so... be nice. no sexist, racist, fascist or otherwhise hurting, degrading or discriminating comments will be allowed. you're here to benefit from each other's experiences and hospitality, share yours as well. hide very long entries behind lj-cuts. don't include too many pics. there's more info to come. enjoy so far and have a great trip! | ||
