Small phrase translation (any language)

I'm doing a project for my World Civ class, and at the end of the video/montage I would like to have the phrase "This is war" displayed in an array of different languages. So I'd like to get translations of this phrase in as many languages as possible ^^

Thanks in advance!

Help with French.

Hello!

I'm working on a story which is supposed to contain a couple of lines in French (Québécois, if it makes a difference) if someone could please help with it.

The lines are "Oh, where is he?" and "Forgive my boyfriend; he's an idiot." Any help would be much appreciated!

Help needed: translating English to Chinese (Cantonese)...

Hi. First time poster here. I'm really hoping someone here can help me out.

I am writing a fanfic story and one of my main characters is multilingual. She's a law enforcement officer and while interviewing a murder suspect they converse a little bit in Chinese. The suspect (male) was raised in Hong Kong and was privately educated. Could someone here help me by translating from English into Cantonese (romanized)?

ETA: edit to specify Cantonese.

off the shoulder

I found this photo in an odd thrift store in Portland, Oregon (where I live). I find the woman on the front to be absolutely lovely. I have no idea what language is written on the back, and ergo, I have no idea what it says. Something interesting? My best guess is Swedish? I'd transcribe, but I don't think I could even come close.

Observe: the front of the photo and the back of the photo.

thanks. :)

I've looked and looked but is there a translation for the word:

Bariviant?
Beriviant?
Biriviant?
Birivient?

"Buree-vee-aunt" or "ant" at the end.

That sort of thing.  I know that by searching google I came up with nothing for those in English, but I am hoping someone could please suggest/define.  That is definitely how it was said/pronounced.  Perhaps something in old English?  Perhaps something of a spin off of "Bereave"?

Allergies in Vietnam!

My friend and I are traveling to Vietnam and she is deathly allergic to shellfish but we don't have it written in Vietnamese yet.

Could someone please assist and write this in Vietnamese for us:

It is important that there are nothing made from or uses shellfish in the food I eat. No shellfish bases in the sauce or any shellfish products. I am highly allergic to shellfish and eating it could have a reaction that would send me to the hospital and possibly could lead to death.

Thank you so much in advance!

Hello, all! English to Korean translation question.

Hello, everyone! New community member here. I am hoping someone here may know Korean, and can help me out.

A friend asked me to translate the following, and have only mastered the second blurb:

I need to know what author they're talking about in the first blurb, who I think is someone French? It more or less says, "I don't know about other authors, but I know a tiny bit about..." and then I'm lost. It's a French name of some sort I was told, but can't figure out the famous writer specifically. Boutin? I'm confused.

If anyone could help me, I would be forever greatful! Thank you so much.

.Vietnamese -> Russian. Song "Đoàn Vệ quốc quân" (1945)

***

Giành quyền tự do hạnh phúc cho dân

Đoàn Vệ quốc quân một lần ra đi
Dù có gian nguy nhưng lòng không nề
Ra đi ra đi bảo tồn sông núi
Ra đi ra đi thà chết chớ lui

Translation: 一人瞳閉じた

Hello!

I had a question about the line "一人瞳閉じた" (ひとりひとみとじた). Can it be translated as "I closed my eyes alone" or "I closed one eye"?
Perhaps it's both, although I was inclined toward the former and a friend toward the latter.

Your help would really be appreciated - I can't seem to find the answer in any reference book.

I hope this okay.

Okay, I discovered this really neat chart meme on Pixiv and I really want to do it but I have no clear idea what the information in the boxes mean. I really, really want to do this and I hope it's not too much trouble especially since the chart has an adult theme (Don't worry, it's black and white with a bunch of words, completely worksafe unless somebody around you can read Japanese, haha).

And, if you can't translate, could you please type out the characters so I could copy-paste them into several site translators?

Oh, and you don't have to translate the heading. I just need the info in the boxes.

Thank you in advance.

Help wanted!

I wonder if anyone could help me with this sentence. It's used in a story that is written in past tense.

The present tense looks like this:

He is sitting at breakfast, hoping, imagining that she is wearing it underneath her robes.

I don't know how it should be in the past:

Tomorrow, he would be sitting at breakfast hoping, imaging that she ...

I (try to) follow British English, if it makes any difference in this case.

EN -> RU: Captialist pig

Hello!

I'm looking for a Russian translation of "capitalist pig" or a similar insult that a native Russian speaker would use. In case it's grammatically important, assume it's going to be used in first person singular, as in "(I am a) capitalist pig".

Thank you!

ETA: I'm mostly interested in the kyrillic writing, but any help with the pronounciation would also be appreciated. I know how to pronounce "капиталистических", though.
