Hello! Welcome to The One With the Awards. This is an icon community where people can vote for their favorite Friends icons. There are a lot of great ones out there and it would be nice if those people could get some recognition.

Essence of the Chair; Best coloring of an icon
Picture Frame; Icons of one single character
Ugly Naked Guy; Humorous icons
Smelly Cat; Lyrical icons
It Happened in London; best depiction of season finales
Central Perk; Group icons (featuring more than one Friend)
Lives in a Box!; Best base/textless
I'll Be There for You; Best actor/actress icons
The One With the Guest Star; icons that feature guest stars (Brooke Shields, Charlie Sheen, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, etc)

There are ten categories, but you can nominate a minimum of 5 different categories each week.

Timeline
Monday - Friday: Enter in your nominations (under an lj cut please)
Saturday - Sunday: Voting
Sunday night - Monday morning: Winners announced & more voting

Nominations
1. You can vote for up to 3 of your own icons. You don't have to, but it's up to you.
2. If there are more than 3 nominations, please put under an lj cut. It's just nice not to clutter up friends pages
3. All icons MUST meet lj requirements (40kb, at least 100x100)
4. You can not vote for your own icons. Also, please don't nominate icons just because your friend told you to. Vote for the one YOU think deserves to win.
