AboutLadies only please. We are not trying to exclude anyone but we feel that a lot of ladies would be embarrassed to talk about their health and weight and stuff if men were in this community. I'm sure there are plenty of health communities out there for men. Thank you for understanding.
This community focuses on many different aspects of health. Not only is it important to feel physically healthy, but we believe feeling healthy emotionally and spiritually is just as important. Emotional problems such as stress play a huge part in how a person feels physically. We address that in this community. We do everything we can to address issues of confidence and self esteem. Because it is SO important to love yourself!!
This community is basically a group of ladies that want to feel our best AND want the love and support of friends that won't judge them. We all have different ways of achieving our goals. Some of us are on weight watchers, some are going at it on their own. Some of us want to lose weight, some of us want to gain weight. We have members that are vegan and vegetarian. We have members that love junk food. We have members who take vitamins and are into micro and macro nutrition. We have members that exercise. We have members that don't. We have members from all walks of life. We are united in ONE goal, and that is to be the healthiest and happiest we can be.
