The 21st Century is when everything changes -- and you've gotta be ready. After the Battle of Canary Wharf Torchwood One in London was rebuilt, but it has taken heavy losses and now it needs to rebuild its staff with a wide range of professions, from alien experts to serving staff. We need you to help save the world. Whatever your job is, chances are we can use it; people can't work on an empty stomach, after all! All we ask is that you be the best at what you do. Things are a little complicated at Torchwood; because of the rift, it doesn't matter who you are, what you are or when you are, we can use you. It doesn't even matter if you're already here because there isn't only one universe, another one could show up. Canons, OCs and canon-based OCs are allowed. We would suggest that you talk to the muns of other canon pups if taking the latter option. Can all muns please make sure they have a bio for their muses in the journal info page, as well as a disclaimer. Here is an example of an OC muse. Here is an example of a canon muse. All muns must make sure there is something like this in their user info, otherwise people may not know who they are playing opposite. Also, can all new muses be introduced into the OOC comm as it allow those muns who do not know the muses' fandoms to learn a little about the muses. Disclaimer: Torchwood belongs to Russell T.
