Everything has been revamped. The volunteer idea didn't work so well, so it was scrapped.
-Post any Torchwood story you want, as long as it hasn't been posted before. Please check and see.
-Make sure to use the specified format.
-There's no need to tag, I'll do it.

-No bashing stories or other people.
-ONLY Torchwood fics, please.
-You can promote other Torchwood communities, but you must first email me and obtain posting permission.
-No flame wars, people. I'm serious.
-Do not rec your own fic. I will not accept fics recced by their authors.
