Lauren really surprised me.

I actually thought for whatever reason that Anya was Russian before they said "she LOOKS Russian" and I was like... oh ... ya.

Katarzyna's nose is a little funky imo, but I definitely really liked her shot.

I LOVE TYRA'S SHOT. LOLOLOL.

Lauren and Claire's shots really surprised me. I thought they would end up near the bottom. BUT MAN I WAS SO WRONG. D:!

I think the judges were completely on point with their opinions for this photoshoot. Allison, Amis, and Atalya definitely had the worst photos. Overall, this was a strong shoot, and I'm surprised at how well the girls did.

Daaamn I love this season so far! :)

All of them did surprisingly well for the first shoot. The bottom two were the right picks, with Atalya's being slightly better than Amis. I'm glad they kept Amis though because Atalya was very boring and forgettable (maybe it was the editing).

For some reason Fatima's shot reminded me of the Little Matchstick Girl. I really like it. I'm glad Lauren did alright. I was worried she was going to bomb it. Her, Claire and Katarzyna are still my favorites. Bitches are fierce!

Why do they do such stupid photosessions? Every next idea is just more horrible.
I was suprised when Kimberly said all this BS about fashion. Like it is somthing dirty. Very weird. And she just walk away. Amazing. And she looks great. URrrrhhhh!

I love Allison's shot, she looks beatiful and classic like an old painting (in her face) and her body looks fine, at least it's not the exact same pose that half the girls seem to be doing some variation of "oh, I'm going to bend one knee like captain Morgan and/or grab at my hair/clothes"
Jeez judges, I hate you today.
Though actually, the rest of the critique was pretty spot on.
Fatima and Claire were so great! ^_^

I thought Marvita's shot was very boring. It seems like it is just the same facial expression she always has.

Lauren surprised me.

I did not like Fatima's shot too much.

Katarzyna had my favorite shot, Whitney was very good as well. How about Aimee, didn't even remember she existed until I saw her photo. Why can't Tyra say Katarzyna's name correctly. I merely watch the show and I can, put a little effort into it TyTy.

Is anyone else really offended by this photo shoot? None of the past "controversial" shoots this show has done have pushed my buttons at all, but the way this shoot sensationalizes, romantizes, and trivializes homelessness in the name of yet another "zomg fashion can haz awareness!!!1" photoshoot just pisses me off. I'm not a PC person and I don't tune into ANTM expecting classy talk regarding serious issues, but this was ridic.

The "controversial" shoots have so far never really seemed that controversial at all to me, but that's just me. In a sense, what you say about sensitizing, romanticizing, and trivializing homelessness in this shoot is very similar to the debate of sensi/romanti/trivializing the Cycle 8 death shoot, huh?

Although I can agree with the oddness of this shoot to raise awareness about homelessness. I'm sorry, Tyra, but run by me again why you had to have other girls in couture gowns in the background?

claire, fatima and anya nailed this. this the best group of girls in a long time. those three have both the body and face for actual modeling. I expect them all expect fatima to not make to the final three.

Fatima captured the picture the best by far. She used to be homeless. I like the theme I think Tyra got it from when she spent a day as a homeless girl on skid row on her show. Homeless girls never look all done up like this... Michelle just left cause "she didn't want to be there". She crushed 4 other girls dreams just to quit? Weird.
