Both their website and irc channel are not working anymore. So I'd assume them to have disbanded. Please correct me if I'm mistaken about it.

Hocchuami did not released anything since august 07 (at their 4th anniversary) and not even one update since then in their website. (it has been 3 months now!)
Does someone have any information about the group?

I really like their work!

I work for Hochuu as a freelance (I started in August) and I sent my first translation in late August. They didn't get back to me. I got an e-mail from Sans asking if I was still interested in working for the team yesterday and that was the first I've heard from them. I haven't heard back, but am awaiting reply. I know the owner, kitten, was having a lot of problems and I know a lot of pivotal people were going overseas.
Once I hear back, I'll come and tell you =)
