AboutWelcome to the TMNT Fanfiction, the first LJ community dedicated to all types of TMNT fanfiction. Whether they be AU (Alternative Universe), focused around the movies, comics or cartoons they're all welcome here. New members feel free to introduce yourself and debate on TMNT fanfiction!

Rules
The rules are all pretty straightforward and I expect everybody to abide by them.
1). Be civil. Criticism is encouraged here but be polite and respectful. A writer is more likely to listen to your advice if you offer it in a friendly manner. If there is any flaming whatsoever I will not hesitate to ban you.
2). NC-17 and slash fanfiction is allowed here but it must have some sort of literary merit and you must place a Clear Warning in the summary. Obscene smut and stories containing adults having sex with minors are strictly prohibited.
3). Please check your grammar, spelling and punctuation. Everyone should be old enough to know when to use capital letters, commas, parenthesis etc. Use Word or LJ's Spellchecker.
4). You are welcome to post fanfic-related fanart or a 'book cover' image. Book covers should be no bigger than 200x300 pixels. If it does excede this size, the picture must be placed under an LJ-cut.
5). NO SPAMMING! And please don't plug your website or LJ community here unless it is TMNT related.
6). This is more of a tip than a rule. If you have a very long story (in other words multi-chaptered stories) you should never post it in one go. Posting your story chapter by chapter helps to build suspense/tension and will undoubtedly earn you more readers.
