S T A R T

Ahoy! This is the Tokyo Mew Mew Lyrical Icon Community! The way it works is simple. Every week, a moderator posts up the lyrics to a song, and using these lyrics, anyone who joins this community will be able to make their own TMM-related icon and submit it. There are always first, second, and third place winners. Yay!

R U L E S

001. You may only use pictures of Tokyo Mew Mew and its characters. No other anime/mangas. Fan art and doujinshi art is allowed though.
002. You may submit up to 2 icons per weekly contest. But after that, you may not submit anything until the next week's contest.
003. Icons must be compatible with LiveJournal. Icons cannot be smaller or larger than 100x100 pixels and no larger than 40kb.
004. You cannot advertise your icon elsewhere. Do not have it as your default icon or advertise it in your own journal. You may do this, however, after the winners of each contest is announced.
005. Now for an obvious rule. Do NOT post someone else's icon. You MUST make your own. Though you may use brushes, textures, and other patterns made by others if they allow it.
006. As said, Fan Art and Doujinshi is allowed, but please have the artist's permission before using their work.
007. You MUST use the lyrics for each contest and only those lyrics. Use at least three words from the lyrics in each icon.
008. You cannot vote for yourself. Simple as that.
009. Be respectful to the moderators and to others.
010. If you don't follow these rules, you'll be banned and go bye-bye.

S U B M I T T I N G & V O T I N G

Every Friday at 4:00pm Eastern Time, a new entry will be posted with the theme for that week's contest. You have until Friday of the next week to make an icon and submit it. Then, the nominations will be posted and voting will occur from then on until Monday at 4:00pm Eastern Time when the results are in and the winners are announced.

When submitting your icon, simply reply to the entry where the contest of that week was posted, in the following setup.
