About1. Please make sure all links are correct. We do, however, understand that links change, occasionally.
2. Please don't nominate yourself. If you do, the nomination will be ignored.
3. Don't vote for yourself. It's tacky.
4. A story can be nominated in up to three categories at one time. Please don't nominate a story that doesn't fit the category.
5. If a story has already been nominated and won in a particular category, please don't nominate it again. Previous winners can be found here.
6. You may nominate up to THREE stories per category.
7. No nominations will be accepted after the deadline date.
8. Nominated stories MUST have the author, title, and any appropriate warnings (ex: slash, character death, rape, spoilers, etc.)
9. Always be polite and courteous. We will not condone harassment of any kind toward staff or members.
10. Nominations will be taken for two weeks as screened comments; Nominations in each category will be posted and voting will be done via screened comment.
11. One vote allowed, per person per category.
12. If a story was nominated for WIP in the past and is now finished, it can be nominated in one of the other categories.
13. An author can have more than one story nominated, but remember that you can only vote for one.
14. If a story fits more than one category, it can be nominated in both categories
15. All categories are open to any rating and any style – except for specific pairings - it doesn't matter if the story is slash, het or gen.
16. You do not have to be a member of the comm to nominate or vote, but we surely won't turn you away if you want to join. :D
