Trash, or Treasure?
For those that didn't read my HORRIBLE VIBRATOR post, I work at goodwill. I get to see a lot of stuff, the worst stuff never hits the shelves. The "best" gets put out with everything else. I am a pricer but there are several others so I don't always get to pick what goes out and what stays in. What may be garbage to me, may be treasure to others. Here are a few of the best things I've found (and managed to take a picture of) during the last few weeks.

I thought this was pretty cool, even if the era it came from is god awful and offends my senses. My co-worker told me to toss these in the garbage but someone will enjoy these vintage patterns so I slapped 99c on them and away they go.

When you turn it on the colors swirl and it's as bright as five suns. There are like 7 wolves on it and a small clock on the bottom. It's the tackiest piece of shit I've ever seen and probably howled its way out of some head shop.

I want it.

This is an old jewelry box.

When you lift the top music plays and the wheels on the rickshaw move. It's amazing. And yeah, this sucker is going to ebay.

	As a pattern collector, I say thanks for ignoring your co-worker and putting out those patterns -- and at a decent price, too! And thanks for not putting the stickers on an area that will cause damage to the image when it's removed, or using a Sharpie. That drives me mental. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Yeah she's really bad about tossing vintage items and so are most of my co-workers. It's a damn shame. I hate to think of what has passed us by so far. 	That music box is so cool! I used to collect music boxes. Wonder where my dad put them? Also, I totally want an LSD wolf clock. I would refer to it as exactly that, too. Never just "the clock" or anything. No. It refers to be called exactly as it is, every time it is mentioned. (Reply to this)
