Hello people. I AM ALIVE.
I've been uber busy with college things, but I should be able to find the time to work on this soon. I've inserted more than half of Chapter 6's script already, and 7 is translated and waiting to be inserted. Anything after that, I still need FireLizard's help with, but you can expect chapters 6 and 7 fully translated before the end of July (and if I can't manage, please shoot me, thank you very much).

Chapter 5 is finished. I've gotten started on Chapter 6, and I'll release the new patch once I'm done with the opening dialogue.
About the opening dialogue, August needs to shut up. He talks way too much. :(
I've also fixed a bug in which the chapter name would appear over army data when checking data a 2nd time in the same battle turn (via battle menu). |

Chapter 4 Gaiden is finished, Chapter 5 is almost complete (missing only a couple of escape quotes and a death quote). I'll release a new patch when it's done (likely tomorrow).
On the side, I've made some significant progress with menus, they should be ready for insertion soon. Though they MIGHT wait because of the limit to the number of letters in the character names, or I may tell that to go to hell and abbreviate them until I find out how to deal with them. Maybe. |

Okay~ This project is back to life now that the awesome FireLizard can dedicate more time to it. <3 Now, don't expect much speed until July or so, which is when I'll have school break. :[ But at least, with an official translator, it should proceed quite smoothly from now on~ <3 |

If you're not sure which version you have, try one of the two patches, and if it doesn't work, try the other. The second is fairly bigger than the first, because I'm working on the non-ROM version.
Menus are NOT inserted! Don't bother me about them. ;[
(The extra dialogue you get for Leaf's death is also not inserted, but that'd work for every chapter, so I'm not counting it as part of the Ch. 1 script)

Chapter 1 is almost complete. I only need to insert the chapter end script (and its variant) and Wiseman quotes and it'll be done.
- Inserted Item/Weapon shop script;
- Inserted house scripts for Chapter 1;
- Fixed Dagda/Tanya/Marty dialogue;
- Inserted Tanya/Othin dialogue.
To-do:
- Insert Wiseman's pre-battle and death/release quotes;
- Insert Chapter End script (Eyvel is in the party);
- Insert Chapter End script (Eyvel is not in the party);
- Insert current party members' death quotes.
Other notes:
- Made further progress with the menus. May be able to properly insert all menu commands soon.
- Still wondering how to add more space for the names (current max is at 5 letters, or the screen may glitch up in some parts).
- Wondering whether it'd be at all possible to change the menu font's width. That'd rock. |

Quick update from school.
Rom translation is my new bitch. I <3 looking at the "finished" work, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Anyway.
FireLizard from FESS has most generously offered to help me with anything he can, and it makes me a happy panda. <3 He also translated that uber-annoying Othin->Tanya conversation, which makes me a HAPPIER panda.
In other news, I have all of the text for Chapter 1 ready for insertion. I'll work on it some when I get home.
To-Do:
- Fix Dagda/Tanya/Marty conversation script;
- Insert Othin/Tanya conversation;
- Insert chapter end conversation (did you know there's an extra script, in case Eyvel was captured by the Manster soldiers? D: )
