I created this community for one reason- almost every other community I've been to about losing weight depressed me because half or more of the posts were negative. (It's good to have a place to share those kind of thoughts, but this isn't one of them!)
There are no rules except keep out the negativity (in comments as well) and stay related to weight loss. If I see a need for a rule, I'll make one.
