Our Purpose:
We're all here cause we have the same goal: to lose weight.
This isn't strictly a pro-ed community, but I'm sure most of us have EDs of some sort.
We're here to support each other as we continue to reach our goals :)
The whole "challenge" isn't necessarily a challenge with everyone, but with yourself.
Every week we'll have a weigh-in, which will be on the day of the week the month starts.
All you have to do is post your weight for the week and I'll put it into the chart!
We're not promoting eating disorders, persay, we're just helping keep track of those who want to lose weight.
With this community you'll have an outlet of motivation and people to help you stay on track.

RULES:
1. Be Polite & Respectful: BE NICE! :) reply to others posts, don't be scared to post your own :D we're all here for support. if you help others, i'm sure they'll help you :)
2. WHITE OUT FOOD! just like the Waiting Room, make sure you white out any food items! It may not seem like a big deal to you, but to someone it could be easily triggered :/ Even if its something healthy BE SAFE! and just white it out .. or well, with these colors, i guess.. blue it out. haha
3. Weigh-In: Try to post your weight on weigh-in day. I TOTALLY understand if you can't do it on weigh-in days, but try? Pleaseee?! You can always post your weights, but it's nice to try and stay on a schedule.
4. Missing Consecutive Weigh Ins: If you miss 2 weeks in a row, I'll assume that you aren't interested in participating in the community. I'm not doing it to be mean, really, it's just hard to keep track of everyone and it also wastes space/adds clutter.
5. The LJ-Cut: If you're going to post pictures or videos, it'd be really awesome if you could put them in an LJ-cut. If not, whatever, it's fine. It just makes the page less crowded :)
If you don't know how to do a cut:
Write your post like you normally would and when you're ready
to 'cut' stuff (aka hiding it so that people click a link to read it)
1. highlight the text/pictures/videos
2. click the LJ-Cut button
3. a window will pop up that reads: "script promt. Cut link text" Where it says Read More you can type whatever you want, as that will become the link to your text/pictures/videos/whatever.

6. No Spam!! This one should be obvious: If your post doesn't have anything to do with the Thin Challenge then don't post. For example: things like how your day went, or your calorie intake, or even ranting about life in general are fine, BUT if it's something stupid (such as an outdated LJ election) then please don't post it here, as it will be deleted immediately. Please use your discretion :)
The Rules can also be edited and adjusted as The Maintainers (yllisos & constant_diet) see fit.
