I think, frankly, that if Goldacre continues in the lead you should fix the vote. Debi clearly deserves to win, with Mat or the elephant a close second. If the people thing otherwise, then the people are idiots.

SVPOW! deserved to win geekiest blog, and that didn't happen.

Mr Fry might extol the virtues of Firefox, but that really isn't geeky compared to a blog that can stretch "The Astonishing Case of HMN SII:D8" into three posts.

Actually, the one that deserved to win geekiest blog was one I nominated but didn't make the shortlist - multiagent.com ( "Multiagent Systems - Where game theory, artificial intelligence, distributed programming, and the semantic web meet." is its snappy tag) but I agree that SVPOW definitely should have won from the shortlisted ones...

Tet Zoo getting into the nominations might have been a problem- it may have split the Darren Naish fanbase.

Not really, but six or seven people had already voted by the time I noticed. It has an upside though. Not everyone can see how sportsmanlike Gina is (and Mat isn't)
