Welcome to The William Petersen Appreciation Page Livejournal
This Community has been created so William Petersen fans can share their creative skills with each other i.e. icons, banners, fanart, fanfic etc.
The Moderators will also post announcements in respect of our main site The WPAP

Rules for this Community
If it's Billy related, we are happy for you to share it, i.e. photos, experiences, etc, however do ask that Candid "Paparazzi" Photos are not posted. If you are not sure if the photo falls into that category, please do not hesitate to ask us.
Only Billy/CSI related posts, please.
No Billy Bashing whatsoever.
The spreading of rumours in respect of Billy's personal life is also a No No.
We are a responsible community and any posts/comments encouraging members to act in a way to cause Billy problems in his personal life will not be tollerated.
Please use lj_cuts for posting fanfiction, long pieces of text or more than two photos (+ icons, etc), and posting spoilers (which are to be clearly marked).
This is a "Shipper Neutral" place and everyone is welcome. We just ask that our members be respectful of each other, we do not want to see members who support one "ship" provoking and arguing with members who support another. Let's play together nicely. If members are experiencing any problems in that respect, please contact one of the mods and it will be dealt with.
If you want to share photos that we do not have in our own Gallery and have taken them from another website or messageboard, please give the appropriate person/site credit. Same applies for icons, wallpapers, etc that you'd like to share.
As for RATING of this community, LJ can be strict on certain things, of course no photos containing nudity of Billy (you know what photos we are talking about) and if our members can refrain from streaking through the community also it would be much obliged ;) We'll basically leave it up to the individual's good judgement and please do remember minors may be here or that some may take offense. We're here to have fun, not upset people.
The moderators have the right to delete any posts/comments they feel is not appropriate for this Livejournal Community.
We're generally a rather lenient bunch, but any transgression or offensive posts/comments will get you a warning or even banned.

Why My Membership Was Rejected
Generally, we're open to all, but there are some restrictions why you may not have been approved.
1 - You just joined LJ and/or your personal LJ is empty.
This is just a precaution, but an empty/nondescript personal LJ may be grounds for not being accepted in the community. It's not required, though encouraged to take part on a regular basis, but if we can't see who you are from your personal LJ, we may be reluctant to let you join. So add some personality or make a first post about yourself.
2 - We know you and you're a troublemaker. We're a friendly bunch from all walks of life and want to enjoy WP or CSI, so if we know you and you have been known to cause trouble, we reserve the right not to add you to the community.
As always, if you disagree, feel free to contact us. An empty LJ isn't the main reason we may hesitate to let anyone join, but it would be nice to know who you are or how you found us!
