AboutThis is a community for transgender individuals, FTM, MTF, transsexuals, genderqueers, gender different individiduals, etc. who feel as though they don't really fit in the binary gender. If the idea or concept of a third space offends you then this community is not for you. This was created as a safe space for those of us who don't know where they fit. This community is only for open minded people. It is safe here to discuss theories about gender neutral environments and the gender hybrid or third space/gender theories. Anyone who threatens the feeling of safety will be asked to leave this community.
The term third gender may include, but is not limited to, female to male individuals, male to female individuals, people identifying as genderqueer, genderfuck/fuct, gender benders or gender blenders. Also, those who identify as no gender, agender, bigender, pangender, any and all genders. Third gender may also include pre-transition and post-transition transsexuals, and those who have made the decision not to transition medically. If you identify as a third gender and outside of the binary gender system, this community is for you. Significant others, friends, family, allies are also encouraged to join :)
If you feel comfortable presenting as one binary gender but don't consider yourself male or female then this community is for you
If you don't feel comfortable presenting as either binary gender nor do you consider yourself male or female but something in between then this community is for you
If you're interesting in learning more about the third space or are open minded enough to accept the concept of the third space then this community is for you.
