General Information
Everyone loves to fill out surveys and put them in their journal. Short, long, funny, serious... they're all good. Well, here you can find endless ones -- and you can post your own blank surveys for others to take!

If you're looking for a particular type of survey, check out our memories list, full of just about any survey category you can imagine!

Please follow the rules (below); there aren't many. Note that no entry will appear in the community until approved by one of the moderators. Any and all inquiries may be sent to TheSurveyPlace@blameeric.com.

Rules
1. Only blank surveys may be posted. Do not post surveys filled in with your own answers.
2. If your survey is rather long, please put it under an LJ-cut. If you don't know how to use a cut, click here to learn.
3. No advertising allowed. Do not post any information about or invitations to paying survey websites. Anyone caught doing so will be banned from the community.
4. You may fill out a blank survey and post your completed version as a comment to that entry. In fact, we encourage you to!
5. You may not post a link to a survey outside of TheSurveyPlace unless it is for scholastic purposes. The idea of this community is for people to be able to copy and paste surveys to their own journals. Please take the extra five seconds to actually copy and paste the survey in a post for the community. Posts only containing links will not be approved, except those being used for school.
6. The only HTML allowed when posting a survey are simple tags like bolding, italicizing, and underlining. Colors may be used as well, but only in moderation. No extensive HTML like tables are permitted.

Update
