1. Respect other members
We assume most members to be capable adults, and since we want to see ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) thesovereignty flourish, it's important that you act like one.
We take threats and bullying seriously, and we trust you to make the distinction between being called an idiot and being attacked. If someone is riding your coattails, berating you, or after being warned by a Mod continues to cause trouble, feel free to bring it to our attention.
We do not tolerate any kind of discriminatory remarks or behavior.
2. This is a community
Sadly, we have to repeat what a lot of communities already say -- this isn't your personal journal.
When you make a post, be sure to include other members by making it interactive.
3. No pornographic content
If something is NSFW, give a heads up. As for videos, pictures and user icons, we have a zero tolerance policy towards hardcore pornographic material.
4. No promotions
We're not your advertising agency. :P We don't mind you promoting a community so long as you ask permission beforehand, though.
5. Jump right in!
The best way to get comfortable is to start posting and commenting. :)
