I know someone else met him...
Maybe you saw us.

Our friend drove to Cleveland from Chicago (6 hours), and from Cleveland we drove to Scranton (another 6 hours). I got a 158.00 speeding ticket.

Basically we underestimated how many people would be there, and there was NO WAY we were going to be able to get to see him.

I made a little sign about our sob story, and the hooked us up and a lady that works for the mall brought us to the front of the line.

He also signed my speeding ticket.

Plus, I lied and said the two people in front of us were in our group. They were from Jersey, and they got in our picture :-)

What a great article (and a great story, too)! I love to hear that actors are gracious and have a sense of humor - after all, it's one of the only jobs where if you don't have fans, you don't have a job.

Hopefully the judge will go easy on you -- after all, your ticket is a collector's item now!

that's my 5th ticket in 2006

lol, if it was in Ohio, I would have gotten my license taken away...but it was in PA :-)

I totally remember him talking about you guys -- I'm glad you all got to see him in the end. My friends and I also got cut off from the line, but we only drove in from Binghamton, so it wasn't such a tragedy. I didn't expect that many people!

12 hours!! Man, now I feel like I don't have much of an excuse for deciding against such a trip, being in Rhode Island/southern New Hampshire. I'm glad you made it and got to see him!

Looks like you had a great time - despite the speeding ticket :P If I had a car I so would of gone. Office fans are a dedicated bunch..as it should be for a totally awesome show. And all the actors are so nice and appriciative so I like the show even more.
