	Ultimate fantasies for this episode: There's couples skating and 1) Pam and Jim skate together, 2) Dwight and Angela skate together and 3) Michael and Kelly go up to Ryan wanting to skate and, wanting to stay away from Kelly and her marriagetalk, Ryan skates with Michael. 	The cake's probably one of those generic, pre-made ones they have at the bakery. Like, "Oh, I need a cake for the boss's birthday." And they have one ready. And what about his new supply of Night Swept? Restocking after season 1...what was that episode, Hot Girl? Good grief that's a long time for a joke to carry over. More reasons to love this show!
