Whoa, Pam! The Office's resident sweetheart shows off her sexier side at her PEOPLE shoot – in a super short dress! – but admits that she feels most beautiful in "a baseball cap and a hoodie."

Rashida Jones

"I tend to leave the house without makeup all the time. I'm kind of lazy that way," says the The Office star, 31. "Smiling is definitely one of the best beauty remedies. If you have a good sense of humor and a good approach to life, that's beautiful." 

People features Rashida as one of the beautiful stars without makeup. 

There is also an audio clip of her describing when she feels beautiful.
"I feel the most beautiful when i am well rested and in a sunny place with a beach."

aww, i know rashida has made the "most beautiful" list in '98. I am so glad they are both part of the list. It's nice to see some f'n variety and they both are abs gorgeous!

I think she is pretty and all that great stuff but other than that I don't see her appeal! But a lot of people see her as exotic which in all honesty I don't really see her as that. I always give Jenna more credit in beauty and overall personality. I think she's much more cooler, ahah.

i don't think Rashida is unattractive, i think she's averagely pretty but i don't see her appeal either. that's what i was originally trying to say. she just seems really average. i totally agree with you about jenna. she's much more beautiful.

I think Rashida's lovely, but especially in this photo, I agree with you -- she looks a LOT like her dad. The EW photoshoot with the big heart lollipop? She looks totally different there. Much more feminine.

I'm with you. Sometimes I think it's just really trendy to like "the girl who isn't Pam". I mean, Rashida is pretty enough, but I don't think she's some raving beauty, and she's definitely not prettier than Jenna.

I also get the vibe about people liking Karen for the sake of not liking Pam. I do this Rashida is 90% of the time gorgeous (the other 10% she just looks a bit weird), but I do get the feeling that people like her more for who she's not than who she is.

I'm really glad I'm not the only one. I think it's how overly-enthusiastic some people are about it...and it's usually the same people who whine and moan about the Jim/Pam 'ship.

They're both are beautiful women, that's for sure. It's funny how different they are. Jenna's super cute and girl next door, but has a hard time pulling off sexy where as Rashida has the opposite effect. She's got that sultry look and I always think sexy before I think cute with her. I love it.

Either way, we're all lucky to get to stare at them. :)

I agree. I don't see why people can say one is definitely prettier than the other. Rashida is more "hot", has a great complexion & bone structure to die for, while Jenna has a natural warmth and sweetness (and great hair). And they're both super talented and funny, so win-win-win! ;D

Seriously, saying one is prettier as a fact (as some people do) makes me laugh. I mean they're two different kinds of pretty and everyone has their types that they prefer. Hell, lots of people can't under why the hell I like John Krasinski (I'm constantly teased when I tell people he's my celeb crush and told that I couldn't have picked a goofier looking guy. But I think he's adorable!)

I think Jenna's adorable, but I can see how people find her boring and nothing special (I never did until I saw her personality and then fell for her and now I find her super cute). I think Rashida is stunning, but I can also see how people don't get her look and don't see her beauty.

To say either of them aren't or that one is prettier than the other is laughable (and junior high school-ish). I almost think it draws back to the Karen/Pam thing...People have to think Jenna is the prettier one because they don't want to support Karen or people think Rashida's prettier because they're sick and bored with Pam...I mean come on! They're both beautiful and we're lucky to have them both on our fav show! :)

I agree with this entire comment. Some people seem to treat Rashida and Jenna like they actually ARE Karen and Pam. It's weird.

Not to be completely snarky, but I checked out that whole stars without makeup photoshoot for everyone and really, replacing makeup with photoshop is not really proving much of a point.
