We prefer that the majority of sales here are done using secure methods of payment (i.e. Paypal), but we understand that not everyone has such services made available to them. Please not that we are not responsible for any forms of payment lost in the post, any payments not received, or any posters just being complete assholes and do not carry through with their end of the transaction. We'll do our best to help you track down your funds/items as to our abilities and with information provided, though, we're not just gonna leave you hanging like that.
If for any reason you do not feel comfortable paying in cash please note that you can ALWAYS send a postal money order, and that this is more highly recommended. It is also a suggestion to use certified mail and/or delivery confirmation, and both of these services are certainly worth the cost of knowing if your funds made it there or not.
If for any reason you have fallen through on any sale or purchase you NEED to let the other party know. It will affect your future posts, sales, or inquiries on this community. Please be advised that IP logging will always be on in this community, and we are not above contacting authorities in matters of dispute in sales or purchases. This is a user-generated community and we would love to keep it within TOS of the site so that it can keep being of use to our posters.
We as a community are not responsible for any legal issues pertaining to home-made "merch" such as printed tees or rubber bracelets. If you find that there is an item here for sale that violates copyright laws or if you have any questions about the merch please contact the original seller in their post regarding this matter. In addition to this, if you are the original poster, we only ask that you are not using the band name or any other legally trademarked or reserved logos or such to make a profit. Not only is that wrong and unfair to the bands, but it can get you into some deep legal trouble. If your cost covers material or production ONLY, that is considered acceptable.
